@Pawlicker with each passing day I'm reminded that game modders and emulator devs tend to be little bitches about everything and can't stand not getting their way. I've seen projects shut down literally because different people kept asking the same tech questions.

@beardalaxy I'd bring up examples of some of their finest behavior and yet there's so many of them, and then the punchline is they blame gamers for their own behavior.

Nothing has changed since the era of Derek Smart seeking out forums of people talking shit about his game to personally argue with gamers. There are so many people like Derek Smart online now.
@beardalaxy for context: imagine no man's sky but instead of years of updates making it into a game with a cult following the developer decided to log into usenet/forums and create a decade or two long flamewar, overhyping his game only to then fight detractors for years. All in the 90s.
