let's go sicko mode

wanna start getting back into working out, at least a little bit. right before i started having grand mal seizures in high school, my best friend and i started doing it pretty hardcore and i blew up insanely quickly, he still makes jokes about it to this day even though it was over a decade ago. he ended up being 220 lbs, he's an absolute unit. i had to stop around 150 and then dropped all the way back down to 120 with the meds i was on.

gonna start forcing myself to do at least a little bit every day, little workout of legs/arms/abs just to get the process started up again. i feel like i'm in much better health than i was back in high school, not underweight anymore and my stress levels are much lower, and i can actually accomplish great things if i take it slow and work up to it.

funny enough, my main inspiration was my brother starting to go to the gym. well, he's been going for a year now, but we were all flexing for a funny picture and i'm actually still bigger than him despite not doing anything practically. it just made me realize my potential. i was a premiere athlete when i was a teenager and seizures killed that. i'd like to gain some of that back, even if it is really slowly, because i know i'm in much better shape than i was when i started having seizures. i'm actually working double the amount i was able to even just a couple of years ago.

let's get this shit. beard swole arc incoming.

@beardalaxy is it strange that at the very same time I'm becoming less consistent in my workouts, you become more consistent in yours?

Are we some sort of Yin-Yang duo?

Fuckin' ey...

Can't wait to see you swole tho. Will be cool.
