@Echigo @ChristiJunior @Wormwood @SpurgAnon I heard that a lot of those were just based on existing Japanese myths and weren't translated very well. Like the typhlosion one never makes reference to sex it just says they slept together and in English we interpret that as sex.
Don't quote me on that though, just what I heard now that we are a few months detached from it and people who actually know their shit are pouring through and slowly translating it.

Yeah, those “leaks” were just non-canon Pokemon interpretations based on real world folklore, but because it’s the internet and Pokemon fans especially don’t know what context is they blew it up to an obnoxious degree.
