If I miss the sweet spot where I'm actually tired I won't sleep. That sweet spot is usually only like 30 minutes long. Eventually, if I stay awake, I'll loop back around to being awake and sometimes even really energetic. Like, just had 200mg of caffeine energetic. It's like I can feel the energy shooting through me. Yet I still yawn and my eyelids still droop. So here I am contemplating whether to keep trying to sleep and waste my time, or to get up and do something to maybe help wear myself out and hope I can sleep for at least a little bit before work. If not, I'll be actually drinking 200mg of caffeine.
Aggghhhhhhhhh I wish I just didn't have to sleep at all.
