@nihilvt i guess it all depends on why the person is addicted in the first place. If it's the nicotine, then there are patches and gum. If it's the oral fixation, there's the gum and no nic vapes, or even just toothpicks and stuff. I know for some people it's just something they do because it's a habit to take a cigarette break, just to get out for a second. In that case just find another excuse or take the smoke break without actually smoking, just some time to decompress for a few minutes or whatever. There are several steps you can take for each of these methods too.
