besides take it from her point of view, maybe the fact that she said she is willing to learn more about it, is that she doesn't really believe you are that kind of person.
but because she wants to be safe, she wants to be proven wrong in her beliefs about weebs.
remember it's not like she is just gonna end it all after all that time, might have been just a week but she did have a good time talking to you didn't she?
she specifically asked for you, even if she is slightly annoyed with you being a weeb, i don't think for her it's enough for a dealbreaker.
if she said she wants you to drop it altogether maybe, but instead she said she wants to understand it better.
what i say, stay away from the topic until she brings it up, or once you feel comfortable about it just bring it up with her and introduce her to some of the classic movies.

@teto @Jens_Rasmussen @themilkman idk why everyone is trying to tell you stay with this girl man it's not worth it if she's gonna be all pissy and controlling. You shouldn't have to get rid of things you find cool and joy in just because a woman is a prude. If she's a keeper then she'll at the very least be alright with it as long as you keep a good balance.
There is a certain element of needing to change in a relationship, but it shouldn't be changing things you enjoy. It should be about improving personality flaws and improving bad habits, and figuring out how to work together and make compromises. It sounds like she needs a long way to go in that department from what I've heard. Just saying. Or you're not compatible and the longer you force it, the more painful it'll be when it ends.

@teto @Jens_Rasmussen @themilkman next thing you know she is going to start being like "i think you spend too much time doing XYZ and it is ruining our relationship" and you'll be a glorified lap dog who slaves away at a job for a chick who doesn't give two shits about you besides giving her kids and giving her money, which means you're not going to have a whole lot of say in what happens to those kids either.
i get wanting to have a relationship and a family and such, but if it's all sorts of fucked up there is no point in it. it will only cause you and your progeny misery.
don't just assume shit either though, if she's actually already commanding things of you then that's not good, but if she's not then just relax a little and be yourself and see how far it goes. maybe there's the chance she's more lenient than you think she is. but idk man if she's like forbidding you from doing things already that's really not a good sign at all. all my mates who had relationships like that saw them crumble.
@teto @Jens_Rasmussen @themilkman just be chill, a lot of people have negative perceptions of entire groups of people but are more willing to interact with others who still interact with/enjoy those things but don't make it obvious or make it their whole personality.
like, my family and irl friends all know i have weird and particular interests but they don't see me as "FURRY" they see me as "BEARD" so, even though they might think it's a little weird, they still like me and enjoy my company. i have relatively based friends and family though so idk maybe that's not everyone out there.
maybe you should ask her what she enjoys doing or if she collects anything. try and ask questions about those interests of hers, why she does it, what does this term mean, her favorite thing about it, etc. even if it's something you aren't into whatsoever. that might open her up a little bit. if she gives short answers or non-answers then you know, maybe she's not a bad girl or anything like that, but she's clearly not invested enough in the relationship to have any sort of REAL relationship. even if she's an introvert, you gotta' be willing to actually put in effort.
idk this is all coming from a guy who has been mostly maidenless for over a decade though so maybe it's not great advice. i just really don't want to get in a relationship with someone who isn't going to actually like ME and i think that's a solid enough way to go about things.
