@Hyperhidrosis the sauce is what kills me the most. If you make your burger the right way you don't need sauce, that juiciness will all come from the patty.
You ideally only want a condiment to basically form a seal between the wet stuff inside and the bread, so that the bread doesn't get soggy from the beef and tomato juices. That's the real point of putting on something like mayo or a similar sauce, it's not actually (just) for flavor.
