Every time I open the Comcast app it sends me a TEXT MESSAGE asking how my last usage of the Comcast app was I have 40 MESSAGES from them this month

Not every does tho. When I first got it after upgrading my service plan I couldn't even turn on port forwarding without using it.

@ins0mniak @RustyCrab @pwm i once asked one to forward some ports for me (lived in an apartment so i couldn't do it myself) and he said "your ports are already open" thinking i was talking about the physical ports in the wall and the router. we went back and forth for some time and then he just hung up.
They were in my place a while back doing something to test the lines apparently. Guy was all "what is all this stuff??" referring to all my boxes and stuff.
I was like "don't worry about it. Hurry up"
