@ChristiJunior ...is this a bad thread to point out how much I enjoyed "Dark Cloud"?
@SIC_Guy @ChristiJunior
Maybe a bit too off topic, but you remind me how I would see the Gamecube version all the time as a kid when browsing through Blockbuster or another rental store.

What do you like about it? :senkowow2:
@SuperSnekFriend @ChristiJunior @SIC_Guy @branman65 family video did the same for a while then they went under and just sold all the real estate
@SuperSnekFriend @ChristiJunior @SIC_Guy @branman65 btw aside from the scamdemic killing them this was also when Redbox was still a thing and before people began to pay stores to take away redboxes for hacking purposes, when DVD Netflix still existed

Most people now use the library or gamefly
@PurpCat @ChristiJunior @SIC_Guy @branman65
My family did use Redbox at its peak, but I always found the concept rather gay. It's not like going into the rental store and looking at the boxes to see what was the most interesting. There was also less curation with the older stock of films in stores like Blockbuster than there was for Redbox, which pushed people to whatever HollyJew wanted people to see at the time.
@SuperSnekFriend @PurpCat @ChristiJunior @SIC_Guy I remember renting VHS tapes from the library. I in fact preferred VHS tapes for the longest time because our DVD collection was put in those horrible disc storage album things and they were all ruined.
