@icedquinn i don't really know how this all works but perhaps if they paid in advance, they can kick the illegals out and get the unspent funds back? idk.

i know they liked doing that to military folk. some cases of them giving soldiers money and then demanding it back later because "we didn't mean to give you that big of a bonus lol" but i don't think it happens much to people that aren't trivially bullied

@icedquinn that's not really the part i'm concerned about, as much as the 59mil going towards illegal immigrants in luxury hotels while i'm barely making rent every month with a roommate :P
