Who the fuck during The Sims 3's development thought it was a good idea to not only have the game run at unlimited FPS, but make it so you can't cap the FPS?

@beardalaxy Doesn't that and NRaas have compatibility issues?
@Ronnie21093 looks like the latest version works for some people and not others, if it doesn't i've seen people recommend just removing the .package file.
