HOW DO YOU DO THAT? I WANT TO DO THAT!
If I have to guess, this legislation was designed to target Latter-Day Saints (Mormon).
They have a "ritual" called baptism for the dead. When jews found out about this and that "holocaust victims" were being ritualistically baptized by the Mormon church they lost their fucking minds. Colorado, especially around Denver, has a significant LDS population and they tend to not play into the faggot or tranny ideologies. But the state as a whole is very VERY left-wing, progressive. It's a Dem stronghold.

@Bianca @MuhSocialJustice Mormons believe that those who have been baptized go to spirit paradise and those who haven't go to spirit prison when they die. The people in paradise teach the people in prison and the people on earth do baptisms for them so that when they accept the gospel, they can enter into spirit paradise. Everyone in spirit paradise is basically guaranteed entrance into the top kingdom of heaven after the second coming of Christ and then the people in spirit prison get judged on whether they will go to the lowest or the middle kingdom.
It's a little more complicated than that but that's the gist.
