So at work the owner doesn't want us to drain the dishwasher anymore because he wants to save $5 on water a month.
@SnugSmug I'm no expert but that sounds like a health code violation of some kind.
@Ronnie21093 He took rotting tomatoes I threw away and put them back into the cooler, he doesn't care.
@SnugSmug I forget where you live, but is there a food health and safety board you can send an anonymous tip to about this? Because if there is, you totally should. If he wants to fuck around, he can find out :zt_sip:
@Ronnie21093 I live in the USA, We get a health and safety score of usually 99 or 100, so basically perfect.
So remember that when you walk into a place with like a 90 or lower.
@SnugSmug Sounds like either your boss is good at hiding shit or is bribing someone. :kek_pain:
@Ronnie21093 The health inspector doesn't actually look that deep into things.
They just look for clean tables/cooking areas.
@SnugSmug Ah. Maybe an anonymous tip will get them to look deeper into things? :zt_shrug:
@Ronnie21093 @SnugSmug Yeah, take photos. :zt_smug2: These people should be actively ruined.

@Immahnoob @Ronnie21093 @SnugSmug I was gonna say, routine inspections are usually not that deep and if they do notice anything they'll just be like "make sure you change that." if they get a tip though, they'll likely look more into things.

@beardalaxy @Ronnie21093 @SnugSmug Yeah, and I also believe in snitching because it's clear the intent here is carelessness, greed and/or maliciousness. I'm ok with not grilling restaurants to death for every little mistake if they take them into consideration like in the case of an inspector bringing it up to them.
