nintendo should have removed content from mkw, had the game set at $60, and then added that content back in for $20 3 months later.
that's WHAT EVERYONE ELSE DOES AND THEY GET WAY LESS SHIT FOR IT.
@Jens_Rasmussen even then, if you're getting the relative amount of content/playtime from an $80 game that you would with a $60 game + a $20 DLC doesn't that still make it worth it? a $20 DLC for an $80 game would just be extra stuff beyond that.
you're gonna' get less sales selling an $80 video game than you would with a $60 game and $20 DLC, naturally not everyone will be able to pay that $80 right away or want to commit to that and the $20 dlc later feels a lot more approachable. i think that's a better talking point than just saying that an $80 game isn't worth the money though because it very well could be worth the money if it's that good. theoretically, of course.
