@mischievoustomato documentation for most things around linux and open source is trash anyway
>find a software you want to use
>go to the install guide
>scroll down to your distro
>follow the list of instructions exactly
>it doesn't work
>the open source community is like "WOW SKILL ISSUE WHY DIDN'T YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS BREAKING CHANGE THAT WAS PUSHED OUT IN KERNEL 4.20.69 GET A LOAD OF THIS IDIOT WHO SHOULD JUST GO BUY A MAC"
>5 minutes later, they're like "why don't people want to switch to linux it's so easy and effortless to do!!!"

@skylar @mischievoustomato usually I get no answers at all or just "I literally do not know what is wrong" lol
The amount of bullshitting I've had to do to get some things to work is crazy.
On the other hand, if I'm on Linux it's because I'm doing something I can't do on windows, so they're usually extremely niche things instead of just web browsing or whatever.
