i didn't think i would be as sad as i am at gawr gura's graduation. it seems like i get more sad about it every day. after the announcement i was like "damn" but that's it. but when she released ash again i got a lot more emotional.

the rational part of me is like, obviously it's just the end of the character and the girl behind her is probably going to keep doing stuff anyway. at the very least, she'll hopefully be happier and all that.

but i'm also a big softy i really like gura and found her extremely relatable. i've had similar feelings when video game characters i really like die or have their stories end by other means, so maybe it's something like that.
