If they have a pride parade in game, I highly doubt they're going to allow players to drive a dump truck of peace through it.

If it's allowed, Rockstar can have direct access to my bank account, and I will play that mission forever. I will set up a streaming account and only mow down the pride parade, reload save, and mow down pride parade.

@MaleGoddess @WhitestTemplar I wouldnt be surprised if you WILL be allowed to drive thru pride parades in the game. As part of the ploy to get white men invested in the country again they will gladly allow some virtual homophobia. Especially since the game comes out right before pride month, there will probably be several gta memes captioned with “AMERICA BACK BABYYY”

The problem is it’ll hardly matter. They’re fine with throwing pride parades under the bus, no pun intended. A zionist demonstration on the other hand they would never allow you to attack (assuming it would even be in the game which it probably wouldnt lol). Basically the whole plan is to permit as much racism and homophobia as possible while tightening the rules on antisemitism a shitton. That’s the trade off

@ChristiJunior @MaleGoddess @WhitestTemplar @suquili a little while ago, they removed some crossdressers/drag queens/something like that from GTA V because people were going to where they hung out and killing them then posting it online with anti LGBT stuff. They didn't make the NPCs unkillable, they just removed them from the game entirely.

I think it's a massive mistake to put pride parades in the game to begin with. No matter which way you spin it. It would be better if they were left out completely because then they wouldn't run into the conundrum of letting people run over anyone there or not. If there is a pride parade in the game, I wouldn't be surprised if it was something that only happened during a cutscene and I would expect at least a little bit of satire to come into play there.

I think the TDS or some flavor of it will probably be pretty high. We'll have to wait and see though. This is still the same studio that let you knock out women, tie them up, and drag them behind your horse into the middle of nowhere in rdr2.

@beardalaxy @ChristiJunior @MaleGoddess @WhitestTemplar im assuming this was several years ago? perhaps after the orlando shooting or something? a lot of time has passed since then. if people shoot up pride parades n shit in the game, and inevitable outrage ensues, rockstar can simply say “it’s out of our hands, we didnt explicitly program terrorism on pride parades into the game. we dont condone the players who did that, but it’s just an unfortunate feature of the game‘s design philosophy of being able to kill whoever you want”, but worded more corporately lol. on the other hand, it certainly would be hilarious if they didn’t allow you to attack them.
