@Moitasart If you're looking into alternatives, I've heard that Matrix is an option. I've not used it personally, but I know people who have.

@Huburt_Pewder Thank you for the info, never heard about it, i will cheack it👌

@Moitasart @Huburt_Pewder i'd second using matrix. there is a lot more privacy there, but that does also obviously come with its bad actors so be careful.

i got a random thought, if you want to send uncensored art early to subscribers or something, you could just ask for the fediverse account and have a sheet that you copy and paste into a DM each time you send out the art. idk how well that would work in practice but just a random thought.

@beardalaxy @Huburt_Pewder Never heard about fediverse. Gonna check that too, thanks!

@Moitasart @beardalaxy Baraag is part of fediverse. It just means that people on different websites can interact with each other under one account.

@Huburt_Pewder @Moitasart yeah so i'm on gameliberty.club and you're on baraag.net but we're both on the fediverse. so if you got your supporter's fediverse accounts, you could make a private DM chain with uncensored pictures.

apparently fanbox/pixiv doesn't like baraag links though, so idk maybe i'ts not such a good idea.

@beardalaxy @Huburt_Pewder @Moitasart the thing with baraag links on pixiv is that pixiv requires genitalia to be censored (I think it's because of japanese laws) so you can't, like, post the censored version on pixiv and add a link to baraag and say "the uncensored version is here" because it's against the ToS. They have automated systems for that and will freeze your account. However, if you just add a baraag link without specifying that it's uncensored, it should be fine.

@mavalalkujuuu @Huburt_Pewder @beardalaxy

About pixiv censorship and lins, yeah, i had trouble with that before. Better stay away or i may lose my pixiv acc 😅

Thank you for the feedback, folks!
