I tried commenting on youtube and it silently deletes about 80% of my comments. I'm going to use ublock origin to just block the entire comments element

@sun @mangeurdenuage youtube is notorious for comments just not going through. they can be totally normal comments and they'll just get sucked up in a vacuum. the live chat is horrible too, it has a memory leak that has been around for years.
