I'm 29. I'll be turning 30 in about 5 months.
Years ago, I heard Jerma talking about how your 20s aren't the end of everything. It's been a little bit of a reassurance. Jerma didn't make his full time job streaming until he was 31. I struggle quite a bit with the feeling that everything and everyone else is going faster than I am. It's always good hearing other people's experience with it. Here's to the next 10 years.

My life from 28-30 was probably some of the most soulless time in my life, coming from the pandemic into a gay corporate office environment. But when I started doing martial arts I de-aged my body three or four years, and my instructor was able to use a connection of his to get me into something resembling a job. Things are better now.

I've heard people say that turning 30 is like a second puberty, and that is definitely true in a physical sense because all your dumb 20s decisions catch up with you. It's also true in a mental sense, except instead of having a sexual awakening you have a "life needs meaning" awakening.

Life goes on. Things work out.
