Saying good morning, like the group of simps she accumulated. @ceo_of_monoeye_dating @beardalaxy you swim backwards, butterfly, every type of swimming technique you can do. You have to vary swimming technique so you just don’t grow big shoulders

@beardalaxy @ceo_of_monoeye_dating the point is water provides resistance for every part of your body when moving in it, just focus on moving limbs against natural resistance, start light then light increments until goblin mode. It helps lower back, cardio everything including building muscle

@BasedLunatic @beardalaxy Nah, I've talked pretty openly about what my physical shape is here. I started out very fat and have spent the last year getting into reasonable shape - I am by no means athletic, but I *am* capable of surviving a more difficult workout than most Americans and I put in the effort to become more fit pretty consistently.

My arms are not bigger than that.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @beardalaxy well 2 and. Half years ago when I went swimming I just laid in water in complete peace enjoying the ocean, last 2 and half years I started swimming. In the beginning ligthtly, when I saw my shape improved I got very addicted. Just last year I went into overdrive
