been rewatching some kids slop movies from my childhood for nostalgia sake

toy story: dont be mad at me i know this ones beloved but i personally didnt like it.
monsters inc: proper story about protecting a little girl but i just didnt like it much.
nemo: proper story about a dad protecting/finding his son but both main chars are too annoying.
ice age: some funny gags with the squirrel but mostly forgettable.
madagascar: the only good thing are the penguins.
shrek1&2: if you can overlook some libtard subversiveness its kino shitpost slop.

(curiously most of these have a story about protecting kids.
also shrek and madagascar are way better in the portuguese dub because the equines arent annoying token black sidekicks)

(un)expectedly none of them really held up except the incredibles, yeah i know its capeshit but even without the superpowers its the story of an aryan dad wrongly forced into a cuckpod working for a sleazy jew scamming people while he's just trying to protect and provide for society and his family. feels even more relevant now
