First day at the gym was a success! I can say my right arm is much stronger than my left and NO it's not from jackin it... Mostly. It's mainly from playing music actually. Right arm strums and I do that for 3 hours straight 2-3 times a week. Not counting practice. I've been doing that for 10 years. So that's definitely an area I need to focus on.
I was actually able to make it through the whole 2.5 hours though, which is really good news. It means my seizure threshold is way higher now. Let's go!
