Gifted 9 copies of alan wake. Attempted to gift a friend max payne 1&2 that's on sale right now and my account got flagged for making too many purchases too fast. It was using steam wallet money I got selling cases, the wallet was in my account for over a month now. Steam safeguards are really annoying sometimes.
