I was roaming junk stores the other day and saw a secondhand head mounted display at a pretty big bargain, but it used USB-C as its only connector which implied yo me it'd hinge on some kind of software based interface to function. I was really hoping for something to plug in via HDMI so it'd Just Work™. I still have a RasPi 400 (the integrated keyboard model) that'd make a nifty cyberdeck if only I had a good head mounted display I could cable it to.

@japananon I think only the 20 series of NVIDIA GPUs support USB-C connection. Not sure about AMD. I have a 2080ti and use it to connect one of my monitors. I know laptops have them too.
