@beardalaxy @kvit @pikika I looked up the bill and it pretty explicitly includes “cartoons and animation.” obviously AI is the real problem and that’ll probably get the majority of the attention but I’m sure a state run by Republican retards wouldn’t hesitate to throw someone in jail over cartoons

@beardalaxy @pikika They're erring on the side of caution because they can tell which way the wind is blowing. Legislators specifically left wide definitions to bring about this exact effect. The more people bend the more they can push. No doubt it'll start with the basics but they absolutely designed this bill to be pushed further.
