wake up babe new political compass test just dropped and this time it has a box where you can explain your reasoning so an AI can better determine where to put you.
@Alex well the thing is that the previous iterations of this test (and this one) have incredibly vague questions, so you might agree or disagree with something but obviously in a way that isn't the same as the test is trying to describe. with the AI, you can explain yourself so it can better determine where you are on the compass.
taking any political compass test as some guiding light for your life or some shit is retarded, AI or not. it's just for fun.
@Azur_Fenix @Alex it would have probably given you a closer result
@Azur_Fenix @rlier23 also, on the last test i took i got like, lib and very slightly left of center. i think this test is probably just better since you can explain your reasoning.
The user exhibits a strong preference for right-wing economic policies emphasizing free markets, private property rights, minimal government intervention, and skepticism regarding wealth redistribution or public funding for social programs. Their answers reflect confidence in capitalist principles and a distrust of government agency efficiency or regulatory expansion, supported by a firm opposition to progressive taxation and universal basic income. Despite some acknowledgment of the influence of large corporations, they lean towards market solutions over governmental control.
On the authority axis, the user leans strongly libertarian, favoring individual freedom, opposing government surveillance, regulation of online content, mandatory military service, and government interference in personal and religious matters. They support personal autonomy in areas like drug use and homeschooling, while rejecting government authority that infringes on private choices.
Socially and culturally, the user holds strongly conservative views, endorsing traditional family structures, prioritizing national interests over global cooperation, opposing cultural diversity as a societal strength, and resisting progressive social changes such as transgender rights and governmental anti-discrimination efforts. They value individual merit over identity considerations and reject religious influence in government policy somewhat, indicating a preference for secular but traditional societal norms.
I mean, yeah, basically. Although I would not call myself a libertarian since I do not subscribe to deontological ethics
