I got an e-bike and this thing shreds. I went 30mph, getting to work is going to be a breeze now. Fucking public transport and jeetubers

@nihilvt man I wish I could get something like that, I think you need a license if you have a motorized vehicle that goes that fast where I live.
My scooter goes 18mph, I'd like to get a faster one at some point.
@beardalaxy@gameliberty.club the law is "motor" but batteries bypass that law in a lot of places so as long as I don't go over 30 it's legal without a license. government can huff my ass fumes
@nihilvt yeah i think here it is like you can only go up to 30 if it is pedal assisted to go that fast, and then pretty much any vehicle that goes past 30 you need a license to operate unless it's all your body doing the work like a regular bike.
i don't think i'd get like, pulled over or anything because there are a lot of people around here that ride them. but in the event there was a crash or something even if it wasn't my fault i'd get doinked. rather not risk it.
