OK OK OK OK I can't take this anymore, everyday I wake up and I'm tired. Everyday I get out of bed: exhausted. I can't take this anymore. I have overslept by a lot, it is what it is but I'm still fucking tired. Can caffeine do something?

@get stop oversleeping. Genuinely, if I get over 8 hours of sleep I'm FUCKED the next day. It might even help you to try splitting up your sleep. Do two or three sleeps of 3 hours across the day instead if you can. A sleep cycle is about 90 minutes, so with 3 hours you get two cycles in.

I have an app called Sleep for Android that tracks your sleep and will wake you up at the best time within a given range. Works pretty well for waking up feeling actually good. The goal is to wake up when your sleep is lighter at the end of a cycle basically.
