Yeah, I looked at the obscenity section for title 18. You cannot draw sex acts involving the underage if it is "obscene" (note, it does not seem to ban all lolisho ero/porn, just "obscene" lolisho), surely drawing a real child would be seen as "obscene" under a court of law
