Because of AI, I got a poster for free.

I didn't get the poster but it said it was delivered, so I requested a refund for it. I got the refund, and then someone actually brought the package over to me because they got it by mistake.

So, I go to Amazon's support and it's just a fucking AI that doesn't understand I want to reverse the refund. It keeps on telling me that I'll be receiving the refund soon because it thinks that I WANT a refund.

I don't feel bad at all for this lol, you get what you fucking deserve. I mean I'm sure $20 means nothing to them but still.
