@coded_artist @j it takes into account wind and sunlight to give their opinion on "feels like".

@j Since I get those kind of temperatures every summer where I live, I assure you, 29 never feels like 39, unless you've never felt 39.
It's not about moisture, you feel like you opened the oven when you open a window.

I also experienced 50, in a machine room, whenever we could we would stand in front of the air vents, and a medic checked on us every hour.

@coded_artist @mactonite also don't forget that higher temperature air can hold more water so 80% humidity at 29°C (20.5 g/kg) is about twice as much water as 80% humidity at 19°C (10.99 g/kg).
