Sheya means neck ("she" like in Shekel, and "ya" like in yard).
Sheyki is a cutesy version of the plural form.
The bandits in the zone would shout: Sheyki breaky, i v-damki.
Meaning: Break some neckies, and then [play] Damki (checkers).
