@RedpillBot A bit misleading, since there are many many more students than there are teachers.

A better metric would be students to teachers ratio, and average amount of students per class.

This is overall a good direction.

I was in a class of 40, but thankfully the high-school I was going to separated students by academic achievement, so it wasn't too bad in the top 2 classes.

The same can't be said about the borderline retard classes.
They were kept smaller, about 15~20 students each, because it was impossible to wrangle the tards otherwise.
