Another possibility is that the Trump faction is attacking the NIH that is filled with globo-homo subversives.

The law was already there for decades, now someone is making sure it's enforced.

I recall teachers getting fired from public schools for advocating a boycott against Israel.
So any leftist NIH employee with a Palestine flag in their Twitter bio can be targeted with this.
