Masculinity was in fact originally defined as the collection of behaviors and virtues that make a man good.
Since satire is a form of critique, and masculinity is definitionally good for men to embody, it is indeed impossible to satirize it, and any attempt at such is a subversive and thus evil, or not a real critique at all that makes people go "hell yeah" when they see it.
