Do you think "conservative" black influencers rebranding "black fatigue" to "ghetto fatigue" is completely artificial or is it a survival tactic of the less prognathic?

Tommy Sotomayor was on team "Fuck niggers" since forever.
He had a funny name for "inner-city youth": niggly bears™.
He's as real as it gets.
He reported on black on black violence for years, calling out the bullshit scapegoating of white people, etc...
Kept getting his channels banned on YouTube, and still persevered.
I believe it from him, but a lot of others coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden, I have doubts about.
Tommy's been hating on trannies before it was cool!
