I don't think any of the ex vshojo employees are worth the risk, they seem like foul people...

Though I can't think of anyone sufficiently mentally ill that is (formally) in VShojo that could join with Phase.
Doubtful, many chuubas are just realizing they don't need a company. Hololive is as big as it is because it got in early. The sponsorships and the music are why people join now. If you aren't into that it's not worth it for you.
