The English version and Hebrew versions differ greatly.
"Ayelonit" is just an infertile woman, not another gender.
"Saris" is the same for male.
The "Tumtum" and androgynous definitions are fused into 1 in the Hebrew article, where androgynous just means intersex, as you'd expect, and "Tumtum" is someone with genitals issues such that they can't be identified at least temporarily.
And note the language in the "Tumtum" definition: "it is possible that they will be identified after a time, retroactively, as belonging to one of the sexes."
