It's a legally enforced monopoly since before Israel was founded, from the days of the British mandate, if memory serves.
A cement company that handles over 90% of Israel's cement production, but it only holds 40% market share in terms of cement used.
The rest is imported.
Still a good target, a crippling hit for sure.
