Had a similar observation about a jeet getting electrocuted a couple weeks ago, a lot of fault lies with the dead jeet certainly but there is also a lack of safety coming from the jeet-run infrastructure. I know that trains around me lay on their horn for at least a minute as they approach crossings, none of this "beep beep you're dead" shit.

Also, it seems like there's a raised safety bar that should have been down to indicate it wasn't safe to cross. No lights or anything.
