Dudes with guns on a boat, out at sea, heading to the US, probably without a callsign/beacon, not responding on the radio.

But what about the due process of non-citizens caught in the act, on international waters?

They weren't just "accused" they were physically there to take that rocket in the face.
Why were they there?
The enlightened libertarian doesn't concern himself with this question.

I used to like the guy, and still have some sympathy, he's less corrupt than the rest of them, but still every bit as pozzed.
