Sunscreen users spend more time in the sun, so obviously they're more likely to get skin cancer, with or without sunscreen.
Can't imagine how the control group for this study looks like, so it's probably bogus.

As for the carcinogens, that was in only 27% of products, so it cannot account for the entire increase.
And we don't know how much of that is actually absorbed or to what degree it affects users.

Sunscreen passed the test of time, and unlike many other pharma products, we can actually see it work with UV filters.
