Started playing Dying Light: The Beast (aka DL3).
I'm only an hour or so into the game, but it looks like they improved on the previous one, in all the obvious ways, which is rare these days.
• Drop kick is unlockable earlier, it was the most fun thing in the game but wasn't unlockable early in DL2.
• Weapons can be repaired, while in DL2 you had to constantly make new ones after they break, forcing you to grind a lot to stand a chance in later parts of the game.
• They added vehicles! I haven't tried it yet, but the reviews are really good, so I'm assuming it didn't ruin the game.
• No faggots or trannies.
I still remember DL1 being called woke because you get saved by some light-weight kickboxer woman, but the game wasn't actually woke at all, and neither was DL2.
DL3 has you teaming up with a pretty lady, and no one is gay or trans (at least so far).
Wait for a discount though, it's super expensive right now.
Staying at full price, 6 months after launch, is a really good sign.

A warning for Adobe #InDesign users. I recently updated my copy, and after preparing a document, the recipient of that document sent me the alt text that popped up on one of their figures. Apparently, by default, InDesign uses AI to generate (often hilariously wrong) alt text for images.
