That's not enough, one of the justifications given for doing away with conditional divorce is that women often lied about abuse as a justification for divorcing their husbands. I don't remember the exact number but investigations showed that over 70% of abuse claims in divorce trials we're bogus and women abused their husbands far more than the other way around.
Even you got rid of no fault the consequences of divorce almost entirely fall on the man, it costs a woman little to nothing to divorce her husband and there is no consequence for her lying, in most cases she financial benefits.
Marriage has to be one and done, 1 marriage, 1 divorce per life. Also, no asset redistribution, no alimony, and being divorced should disqualify both parties from receiving government assistance.
Make consequences for divorce even half as severe for women as they are for men and the divorce rate will plummet to single digits.
