@Rasterman @coded_artist I appreciate the preference for going in blind, most of my best gaming experiences were indeed products of knowing very little about those games.

But just asking Fedi "I heard about game X, do any of you know if it has any niggers or tranny shit?" shouldn't result in major Spoilers.
The one thing I didn't notice in that world were trannies. It is possible this game depicts a TERF world due to the blood-thirst against all things male. :thinkin:

Never before did I play something so contrasting between good gameplay and AIDS storytelling. I repeat: the gameplay is good.

And it's funny I played this back-to-back with Ara Fell, which was a completely non-woke, wholesome RPG true to natural law. And seemingly, also written by a woman. :mind_blown_boar:

The contrast is even visible on the art. Despite both being Western games, Ara Fell used an anime æsthetic where everyone is White, while Timespinner has ugly brown characters.

And I was hesitant to buy it when I saw it on the eShop years ago solely based on the appearance of the characters. My inner racism was trying to warn me, but I fell for the gameplay looking good. :pepe_eyeballs:

Fellow Johnny Somali fanatics, we've got a problem: it now seems the intolerant gooks might not let our hero leave their dystopian hellscape.. :soyjak_scared:
This nigger...

Biden calls his supporters garbage and next thing you see, he's riding a garbage truck and dressed with the vest.

Zion Don thirsting for jewjew cum aside, his campaign feels on point compared to 2020. I don't even remember what meme moments there were other than Jan 6th.
I played one of the wokest games ever. :pepe_fact:

Timespinner.

Makes Concord look like Angry Goy II by comparison.

First, the good part: it's a metroidvania and it copies Symphony of the Night. It cannot be overstated. It COPIES SotN to a degree you might not believe until you watch a minute or two of gameplay. The item system, the menu, the skills, the level layout. This is nothing like how A Robot Named Fight or The Mummy Demastered are heavily inspired by Super Metroid. This is like they put a coat of paint over SotN to make a different story.

Therefore, by virtue of shamelessly copying SotN, turns out the gameplay is excellent. The controls are precise and there are a few quality of life improvements over the game they are based off. The one issue I found with the game aspect is that it's rather short. Instead of the second castle, it uses a time travel mechanic to have two versions of the same map, but you traverse it very quickly. I think I finished the game in two days.

Now, it may just be that the game has more content than I found, but I have no desire to find it because... Here comes the bad part: the world and its plot.
