The media and modern society made us associate corniness with social awkwardness, a negative token.

But if you don't sound corny when being honest and vulnerable, then how shallow should the pit of your soul- I ask of you?

Don't be afraid to be too honest sometimes. Contrary to what you might assume, people are more fond of clarity and transparency, even if it is complex. They feel easier and safer around those who speak their minds.

Remember, at this time, being/talking/acting according to the normal standard is equal to conserving and hiding. Are you that ugly behind those eyes? I think not.

Though, if I spot a corny person, I will still giggle at them because it's the nature of corny moments to be silly.
