Going by Synthetic Man's Expedition 33 mini-review, the game sounds like a -2 on the Based Morality Scale, MAYBE a +1/-2 if the fanservice is really good. So not nearly as bad as most Western AAA shit, but the way some people on Fedi hyped it up as the Savior of Western gaming based on a couple of attractive female faces still looks absolutely ridiculous in retrospect.
