Reports coming in from the Kharkov front say the Russians have taken the city of Volchansk. The city has seen heavy fighting over the last 18 months. The Ukrainians deployed approx 50,000 troops to the city over this time period and suffered an estimated 23,000 casualties of which 8,000 were KIA.
