after the hour drive back now I notice half the keyboard backlight doesn't work and neither does the touch ID 
@hideki yeah they both work but this is just about as bad. I don’t wanna drive out there again… hopefully they won’t have to keep it and can just plug some cables in or something 
@karolat it still baffles me, 
they are supposed to be authorized repair shops and can't even test their shit ptoperly smh the incompetence
@hideki when I called he said that was weird because the Apple diagnostics said it was fine 
@karolat oh! half of the lights don't work and the AppleID it's wrecked but the diagnostics say everything is allwright so let's ship it already
